The Spunbond/Meltblown/Spunbond process produces media suitable for use in various applications. This media structure allows airflow while filtering various size particulates. Superior grab, tear and burst strengths are properties of this cost effective fabric. Surgical gowns are manufactured to the highest quality technique to ensure patient and staff protection. Not only is the fabric impervious, but also the main seams on the sleeves are tailored with a unique seal on the sleeves and cuffs to eliminate the gaps that can occur with other sealing methods, providing impervious protection.

All materials used are compatible with infection control issues including barrier properties, effective protection against occupational exposure to blood and body fluids, able to meet aseptic handling qualities and professional standards.
